Very well done on the skin tone, small touches of blue really help with the color scheme. Background looks pretty funny, not aiming for anything in particular?

I had about two minues left when my professor told me my bg made the guy look depressed, so I was frantically adding colors to make it a little less depressing x3

Haha, I totally remember using pastels in elementary school to make baby chicks :D They were a lot of fun to use and were great for laying down wide swaths of color quickly. Agreement with cupil concerning the blue highlights and the crazy background -- I for one would be immensely happy if I could master abstract background bsing.

This reminds me of the painted artwork we get at the thrift shop now and again. It makes you want to look at it for a long time. :D
