Well... I did my own approach on the topic, and I did lion riders from Sclaa, one of my worlds. They still represent the four horsemen, it's just with a more fantastic take. I really enjoyed doing this piece, and it took a lot of work. I didn't keep track of time, but 20+ hours detail: [link] |

There isn't really much symbology, though. It's pretty much first which wild cat I thought best represented the horsemen, followed by a person of a culture I thought worked with the cat. except death, which I figured should be faceless. something like that.
